Project Go-Live Approaching FAST!
I don't usually blog about work but this will be one of the exceptions. My public sector project is scheduled to go-live over several months, with the first one on November 6 - that's 4 weekends away. Work is now very hectic on last minute testing and defect resolutions (e.g. weekend work). We should be in good shape for the go-live though. Looking forward to this thing being successful then taking some time off before the subsequent go-lives.
